100% would recommend. I definitely noticed a difference. I was skeptical at first but after months of use I was obsessed.
These are amazing! The only thing I wish was the cores were interchangeable so you only need 1 set.

I am definitely a skeptic of most spiritual things, so I tried to focus my mind to believe they wouldn't work, but soon after picking them up I could feel the energy of them and how it travelled through my body - pretty trippy!
I love using the wands especially when stretching. I feel like it helps calm me down allowing me to stretch longer than I normally would. Also great for meditation and I find it hard to relax my mind and body normally so even just holding them when relaxing watching TV is really beneficial for me. - Brooke E.
